SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Lily’s Lovelies! Each piece is handmade and packaged with care.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
During launches, restocks, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. Any major delays will be communicated by email.
Shipping rates and delivery
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery is generally 3–7 business days within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, or other delays outside of our control.
Processing time and shipping time are separate. The delivery estimate begins once your package has been handed over to the carrier.
Order tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order ships. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Incorrect shipping addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello.lilyslovelies@gmail.com.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been placed. Lily’s Lovelies is not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
Lost, delayed, or stolen packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays are outside of our control. If your tracking shows that your package is delayed, please contact the carrier first for the most current information.
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office. You may also contact us at hello.lilyslovelies@gmail.com, and we will do our best to help.
Damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, please email hello.lilyslovelies@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
International shipping
Lily’s Lovelies currently ships within the United States only.
